Dr. Ali Mosharrafa | Co-founder
My special interest in cosmetic surgery stems from the training I received from leading experts in the field of cosmetic plastic surgery. I completed my undergraduate education with Honors at the University of Texas at Austin. After graduation and obtaining my Medical Degree, I chose Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and completed my General and Plastic Surgery residencies.
I am certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and serve as the Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital. I have written and published works on the subject of cosmetic breast surgery in the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. I perform the latest state-of-the-art techniques, including all aspects of facial cosmetic surgery, breast enhancement, body contour surgery and tumescent and ultrasonic liposuction. My office in Phoenix, Arizona also provides the latest in skin care services, technologies and products at the Mosharrafa Skin Rejuvenation Center.
My philosophy regarding cosmetic surgery is to provide a natural change that is in harmony with the patient’s features. Each patient that presents to my office is treated courteously, professionally, and with great attention to individual detail.

My love for learning certainly comes from my parents. They both received Ph.D.’s from the University of Minnesota, and always stressed the importance of education and life-long learning to my older sister, my older brother and me.
After earning my undergraduate degree with honors at the University of Texas in Austin, I decided to continue my education and pursue a career in medicine by attending Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. It was there that my passion for plastic surgery began, and that passion has only grown through my internship, residency and fellowship, and now over 11 years of private practice. Throughout my career, I have held a clinical faculty position teaching the science and art of plastic surgery to residence and am routinely asked to review articles submitted to The Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Journal as a subject matter expert. I am also passionate about giving back and have been recognized for my community service working with The Phoenix Dream Center and Phoenix Police Department.
Applying the lessons taught to me by my parents, I continue to learn as the science and art of plastic surgery continue to change with technology and new information. I remain dedicated to honing my skills as a surgeon for the benefit of my patients, who all deserve the best and most state-of-the-art results.
Outside of my life as a board certified plastic surgeon, I have been blessed with a happy marriage and three uniquely gifted children that bring me joy every day. I am an avid golfer and hockey fan.
I try each day to:
Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God.
